Rhonda
Rhonda currently works at a national behavioral health company as the Corporate Director of Clinical Services. She has been working in the social services field for the past 22 years with a focus on adolescent care and programming in long term treatment and adult behavioral health in residential care. She has held senior leadership level positions for the past 16 years including Clinical Director, Director of Administration, and more recently as a Director of Clinical Services for two national behavioral health providers.
Rhonda is licensed in the state as PA and is certified as a Clinical Certified Trauma Professional (CCTP), Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC), as well as a Clinical Certified Sexual Offender Treatment Specialist (CCSOTS) and Certified Sexual Disorder Diagnostician (CSDD). She has extensive experience in supporting clinical programs to develop and maintain clinical fidelity to include individualized treatment planning and measurement-based care.
Rhonda has been an active member in serving her community through volunteer work since she was in high school. This passion for helping the community with her children led her to start Shar’s Hands Nonprofit Organization. Since 2021, her organization has fed, clothed, and supported thousands of families within her neighboring communities.
